O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the respondent police to accord protection to the petitioner. 2.The petitioner alleges that the private respondents herein are interfering with the running of the petitioner's business and that they are also committing encroachment on the petitioner's property. If that be so, the remedy open to the petitioner is to file a civil suit for injunction before the jurisdictional civil Court. If the act of the private respondents amounts to any cognizable offence, the petitioner can of course move the second respondent and the second respondent will have to necessarily take action as per law.
