This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the petitioner order dated 27.03.2018 passed in E.P.No.8 of 2014 in O.S.No.314 of 1999 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi.

2. Today (07.06.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner Submitted that the prayer that has been sought for has become infructuous and he has also made on endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
