O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to initiate appropriate legal actions based on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2022, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner against one Raju, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.2656353/2022 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a money dispute between the parties and the petitioner himself has given a statement that since all the transactions took place in Mumbai, he will workout his remedy before the concerned jurisdictional police. On the basis of the above said undertaking the same was closed.

3.In view of the above said development, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
