ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303 of BNS r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Cr.No.408 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported 6 bags of river sand. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the nature of the allegations and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got 12 previouse cases including 5 cases in similar nature, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
