C.M.P.(MD)Nos.13182 and 13184 of 2025 in C.M.A.(MD)No.662 of 2020 K.MURALI SHANKAR,J.

The above petitions have been filed seeking orders (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent and (ii) to bring on record the respondents 9 and 10 herein as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent and rank them as respondents 9 and 10 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 6, 9 and 10.

Since the petitioner's application in CMP(MD)No.13180 of 2025 to condone the delay in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent is allowed today, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main papers and post the same on 16.04.2026.
