Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to prevent the respondents 3 & 4 herein from the conducting katta panchayat in their office and unnecessarily called the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and threatened to settle the amount to the complainant and acted in a biased manner and 1/4
consequently, direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take action against the third respondent as well as the Sub-Inspector attached with the fourth respondent police by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022 in accordance with law within time stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to prevent the respondents 3 & 4 herein from the conducting katta panchayat in their office and unnecessarily called the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and threatened to settle the amount to the complainant and acted in a biased manner and consequently, direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take action against the third respondent as well as the Sub-Inspector attached with the fourth respondent police by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022 in accordance with law within time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court directs fourth respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2021 on the file of the fourth respondent within a time that may be fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2021 is pending.
4. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2021 and file the Charge Sheet before the concerned trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
