2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that this petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the third respondent and the same was treated as a petition enquiry in CSR No. 415 of 2025. One Anbuselvan has lodged a counter complaint as against this petitioner's son and that was treated as a petition enquiry in CSR number 416 of 2025. According to the learned Government Advocate, there is no complaint pending as against this petitioner as of now and the alleged complaints are pending as against the petitioner's son only. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 13.08.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No vrn 2/4
