O R D E R

Seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.17 of 2024 from the file of the respondent police to some other investigating agency, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2024 has already been completed and final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file in CC No. 614 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. He further submits that the case is posted to 24.09.2025 for the appearance of the accsed.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is upto the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is aggrieved. 11.08.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No vrn 2/4
