O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the properties of the Petitioner in S.No. 453/3A, situated at Palamedu Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District by considering his application, dated 8.6.2025. 2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property from one Karthick Kumar under a registered sale deed, dated 4.11.2024. Patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of Petitioner in Patta No.6182. The Petitioner submitted an application on 8.6.2025 in Application No.

2025/0123/24/016246, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that though the Petitioner in his application, dated 8.6.2025, seeks survey of the properties in four survey numbers including the subject property in S.No.453/3A, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the application is considered in respect of S.No.453/3A alone. The Statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is recorded. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the application of the Petitioner, dated 8.6.2025 in respect of S.No.453/3A alone and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
