This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to fix a date of hearing in the enquiry pending on his file in Na.Ka.646018/2023/I7 and to provide copy of the records produced by the 5th respondent, Government Officials and comply with the principles of natural justice.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the first respondent has fixed the next date of hearing as 28.08.2025. The learned Government Advocate further submits that the copy of the documents produced before the first respondent by the 5th respondent and other Government officials will be furnished to the petitioner on the next date of enquiry.
