ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition pending on his file in Revision No. E.3449265/2025 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Jegadeeswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Since no adverse order is passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, the second respondent herein deleted the name of the petitioner from the revenue records pertains to the property situated in Survey No.596/7, Ponnamaravathi (East) Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the application filed by the fourth respondent. Aggrieved by the said order, the

petitioner filed a revision before the first respondent in Revision No. E.3449265/2025. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the revision pending on the file of the first respondent will be disposed of in accordance with law. 6.In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the revision pending on his file and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, fourth respondent and other interested parties.
