ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2025 and to cancel the quarry license granted by the 1st respondent through the 2nd respondent in favour of the 5th respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.G.M.1/334/2016 dated 08.02.2021, pertaining to Survey No.271(pa), measuring 4.80.0 hectares, situated in Sivanthipatti Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukkudi District and to ensure that lands in Survey No. 267/3, situated at Irachi Village, Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukkudi District, are kept free from nuisance within the time limit fixed by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.06.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
