ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the notification, dated 30.08.2024, whereby the second respondent - Superintendent of Wakfs had issued a notice, stating that the selection/election would be conducted to the post of Muthavalli on 20.09.2024 in the presence of Wakf officials.

2. It is submitted, that, on 20.09.2024, no election was conducted and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) Nos.18187, 18188 and 19122 of 2024 are closed.
