O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant permission and provide a police protection to conduct the cultural programme of Aadal and Padal which is scheduled to be held on 05.10.2022 in the eve of 'Mulaikottu' festival of Arulmighu Sri Kaliamman Temple situated at Murungaivadi, Rameswaram, Ramanathapuram District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents and submitted that proceedings under Section 144 Cr.P.C. has been proclaimed in the area, in view of the 'Gurupooja' event, for a period of two months from 9th September 2022. After the proclamation is over, the petitioner can revive his representation. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), after the proclamation is over, the petitioner is at liberty to revive his representation. The same shall be considered by the respondents in the light of the Circular issued by the Director General of 2/4
