W.P.(MD) Nos.15418 & 15419 of 2018 petitioners herein have been reinstated back into service, pending the writ petitions.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that all the arrears due to these petitioners were also settled in their favour. Hence, nothing remains for adjudication.

4. In view of the reinstatement of the petitioners, the suspension order itself has become redundant. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
