2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have filed the final report by closing the FIR in Crime No.207 of 2019 as per the report dated 08.10.2021 as "further action dropped".

3.Since the very purpose of filing this petition has already been fulfilled on account of closure of the FIR, cause does not survive for the petitioners to proceed.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
