ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition for police protection.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The case arises out of a marital discord. The petitioner is the wife and the third respondent is the husband. With reference to the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case in Crime No.15 of 2023 is registered and already the same is investigated and the final report is filed.

3. It is seen that the petitioner and the third respondent are residing separately, therefore, generally protection cannot be given to the petitioner. If and when any threat or criminal offence is committed, then she can very well report it to the concerned police and the jurisdictional police, where the offence is committed, will take appropriate action.

4. With such liberty preserved to the petitioner, this Petition stands disposed of.
