The instant writ petition has been filed by a Sanitary Worker, working in Government Adi Dravidar Tribal Welfare Higher Secondary School, seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2024, seeking regularization of his services.

2. The petitioner was working in the said post for the past eight years as a daily wager and he has sent a representation on 24.06.2024 seeking to regularize his service. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2024 and 2/4

pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
