The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 23.04.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.9695 of 2024. 2.It is represented that the respondents in the writ petition have filed W.A.(MD)No.1586 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to grant stay on 04.10.2024.

3.In view of the above said facts, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, depending upon the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench.
