This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(c )imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.10374 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition No.6 (c ) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.10374 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
