This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with the criminal case registered in Crime No.185 of 2019 before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The Investigating Officer is present before this Court and perusal of CD file shows that no statement was recorded from any of the witnesses. Only Mahazar and Sketch has been prepared.
3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
