Prayer in CRP(MD)Nos.1960 & 1961 of 2021 :- Civil Revision Petitions filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the impugned fair and decreetal order dated 19.07.2021 made in IA.Nos.194 and 196 of 2020 in MCOP No.87 of 2016 on the file of Motor Accident Claims tribunal (Sub Court) Paramakudi, set aside the same and allow this Civil Revision petitions.

ORDER:- These Civil Revision Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.03.02.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi, in D.No.225 dated 06.04.2022, and this Court made the following order:- As per the order passed by this Court dated 03.02.2022, the learned Sub Judge, Paramakudi was directed to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.87 of 2016, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
