ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the process of investigation in Crime No.282 of 2020 and file a final report within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, case was registered in Crime No.282 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(2) of IPC. Thereafter, there was no action. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ramanathapuram, on 08.12.2021. But, that has been not taken on file sofar.

4.In view of the above, there shall be an direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ramanathapuram, to process the final report, which has been filed by the respondent as per rules. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
