Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceeding in Na.Ka.A5/54/2018, dated 28.05.2018 and the consequential relieving order issued by the 3rd respondent in her proceeding Na.Ka.A2/225-2018 dated 06.06.2018 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue as Village Assistant, in Mookkaiyur Group Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the impugned transfer order has been cancelled on 26.09.2019 and the petitioner continues to work in the same place as Village Assistant, in Mookkaiyur Group Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. Hence, no effective order can be passed in the present writ petition.
