This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the respondents to grant him protection for himself as well as for his newly constructed petition mentioned house.

2. The petitioner is not having any enforceable order of the civil Court in his favour. Hence, the question of invoking the inherent power of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., does not arise at all. All the rights and remedies of the petitioner are left open.
