When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the competent authority viz., the District Revenue Officer, Trichy in his proceeding in Na.Ka.Aa5/4930/2024, dated 03.04.2025, passed an order on the request made by the petitioner. The copy of the order passed by the competent authority was also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
