2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioner's representation has been considered and it was rejected by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakulam, in his proceedings in Mu.Mu.No. 4220/2023/A3, dated 09.05.2024 and a copy of the above proceedings is also placed before this Court. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakulam, this Contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
