Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to call for the records and quash the Spl.CC.No.310/2019 pending on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 21.06.2023, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in Spl.CC.No.310/2019 , with in a period of four months, and the requisition letter dated 03.12.2024 in D.No.7437 of 2024, submitted by the Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi, this Court made the following order: this Court made the following order:
