ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, upon the petitioner, in Crl.MP.No.119 of 2018, dated 08.01.2018.

2.The condition that has been imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai that he must report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m till charge sheet is filed.

3.This petition came to be filed only on the ground that the petitioner complied with the above said condition more than 4 years. But, the respondent police has not filed charge sheet before the concerned Court sofar.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, and the same has not been taken on file sofar. 5.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

6.Accordingly, This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
