This Writ Petition is filed forbearing the respondents from carrying out any modification in patta relating to the land measuring 6 cents comprised in old S.No1944, new S.No.3/7-7, situated in Nagercoil Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District without due process of law.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that as on date, no modification has been made to the patta relating to the land measuring 6 cents comprised in old S.No1944, new S.No.3/7-7, situated in Nagercoil Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk,
