The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to ensure that the Pupil-Teacher ratio as specified in the schedule is maintained in each school, as per the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Act 2009, and to deploy the existing surplus Panchayat Union Primary Schools Headmasters in Rajapalayam Union, Virudhunagar District immediately. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the matter has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
