as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to reopen the TASMAC shop bearing Shop No.10405 and Shop No.10519 situated at Door No.82, Periya Sowrashtra Street, Uraiyur, West Taluk, Trichy District within the period stipulated by this Court.
