Respondent Common Prayer: These Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the contemnor/2nd respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 17.04.2024 in WP(MD) Nos.5668 to 5671 of 2024 respectively amounting to contempt of Court under Article 5 of the Constitution of India r/w Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971.

For Petitioners : Mr. T.Cibichakraborthy For Respondent : Mr.R.Baskaran Additional Advocate General Assisted by Mr.T.Amjadkhan Government Advocate COMMON ORDER Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD)Nos. 5668 to 5671 of 2024, these Contempt Petitions have been filed. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court have been complied in G.O.(2D) No.20, dated 22.08.2025, and that allocation of funds has been made under the Head provided for Private Aided Colleges. In fact, in the Government Order reference has made to IFHRMS DPC Code, which would ensure that the amount is credited under the said Head. It is assured that the above sanctioned amount will be allotted from the budget allocation for the year 2025-26.
