This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu to produce the detenu, who is said to have been illegally detained by the third respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu named Suji was produced before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner before the second respondent, an FIR was registered in Crime
No.31 of 2022 for the offence under Section 366(A) IPC. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the girl wants to go along with her parents and that the second respondent police will continue further with the investigation in accordance with the law.
3. We enquired the detenu and she expressed her willingness to go along with her parents.
4. Recording the statement made by the detenu and recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
