RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to totally relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 28/10/2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16560 of 2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KANNAN.S, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16560 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakiri and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.193 of 2021.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16560 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021 is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court concerned on receipt of summons.
