ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the tender notification of the year 2018.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
