Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MARAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16184 of 2021 on 25.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16184 of 2021 on 25.10.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16184 of 2021 on 25.10.2021 is modified
