ORDER
This petition is filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw the 50% of the award amount deposited by the respondents 1 & 2 to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.1157 of 2021, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (I Additional District Judge), Tirunelveli.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 has seriously objected stating that he is ready to argue the main case for final hearing.
3. Since the records are not yet received, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the 50% of the award amount along with proportionate accrued interest and costs.
4. Post the matter on 15.09.2025.
