The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.26 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has already filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram through e-filing on 15.05.2024.
