2.When the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that investigation has been completed in Crime No.99 of 2019 and negative final report has also been laid as 'Mistake of Fact' and the same was informed by issuing notice to the Petitioner, who has also received.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
