When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed memo that R4 to R6, R8 to R13 , R15 to R17 and R19, R21 to R23, R25, R28 to R42, R45,R53 to 57 he had given up and the said memo is recorded. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit that instead of O.S No.47 of 2012 it has been typed as O.S.No.3 of 2005 in para no.20 of the order dated 20.06.2024.,and the same has to be corrected.

2. This Court perused the judgment.

3. There is a typographical error, therefore wherever suit number has been mentioned as O.S.No. 3 of 2005 it has to be corrected as O.S.No. 47 of 2012..

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
