(CRIME NO.23 OF 2021) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.16916 of 2021 dated 2/11/2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAKRISHNAN R, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16916 of 2021 on 02.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16916 of 2021 on 02.11.2021 regularly and the 2nd petitioner has to maintain two school going children and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition only for 7 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16916 of 2021 on 02.11.2021 is modified and the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the condition imposed on the second petitioner is relaxed and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
