2.The petitioner through his counsel undertakes to surrender before the Additional District and Sessions Court for the exclusive trial of PCR cases (PCR Court), Sivagangai, on 17.12.2021. The petitioner also undertakes to comply with the requirements set out in Section 15(A) of the SC/ST Act.
