2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide judgment dated 04.09.2024, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

directed the learned Principal District Judge to dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that judgment.

3. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, has submitted a requisition dated 25.04.2025 stating that the case is pending for R1's side further evidence and seeks three months further time to dispose of the case.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant two months further time. Accordingly, two months further time is granted to dispose of the case in M.C.O.P.No.55 of 2017 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
