ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action 1/4

against the third Respondent by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2022.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the representation of the Petitioner, the second Respondent conducted enquiry . After giving complaint the Petitioner did not appear for enquiry. Therefore the second Respondent closed the enquiry.

3. Hence, the Petitioner is directed to seek alternate remedy as per law.
