Order : These criminal miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNATHASAN.P, Advocate for the petitioners in both petitions and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in both petitions, the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)Nos.605 and 607 of 2024 on 16.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
