ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been for directing the second respondent to issue non traceable certificate.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) pointed out that even according to the petitioner, her transfer certificate was lost near Periyar Bus stand.

3. If that be so, Thideer Nagar Police Station is the jurisdictional forum. Keerathathurai Police Station has nothing to do with the matter.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to approach the Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station in person and submit her complaint. The Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station shall enquire into the same and deal with it in accordance with law and give a disposal within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
