ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue patta for the suit lands situated in Rayavaram village of Thirumayam Tauk in Pudukkottai District obeying the civil court decree passed in O.S.No.101 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsit cum Judicial Magistrateat Thirumayam within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The third respondent has filed a counter affidavit, wherein the following statement has been made:- "It is respectfully submitted that the order of the civil court confirming the title over the property in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner is in adverse enjoyment of the said properties, it is 2/5

submitted due process of action will be taken to give ryotwari patta to the petitioner for the lands covered in the civil suit. A report has been submitted to the 2nd respondent on the fact of the case and for mutation in the revenue records changing the classification into ryotwari land. as per civil court order."

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands allowed and the patta shall be mutated within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
