ORDER

The petitioner's grievance is that for having lodged a complaint against the private respondents, the private respondents, who are in the administration of the temple, are preventing him and his family members from entering into the temple. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking Police protection for participating in the temple festival.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6, 9 & 11 submits that they have not prevented anybody. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) and the learned Special Government Pleader submits that no one is preventing the petitioner from entering into the temple. To that effect, the fourth respondent has also filed a 3/6

report.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to ensure that the petitioner and his family members are not denied the right of entry in the temple.
