Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to take action to get the separate portion for the petitioner in the property which the petitioner is legally entitled to get.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to take action to get the separate portion for the petitioner in the property which the petitioner is legally entitled to get. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that already, the RDO has passed an order to assess the property in favor of the petitioner. The RDO has also requested the police to provide necesssary police protection for implementation of the order.

3.Therefore, the 3rd and 4th respondents are directed to provide police protection to implement the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
